The Warrior Ambassador Program is a volunteer-based awareness and community support initiative operated by Full Stop Brand Studio, doing business as Full Stop Brands (“we,” “us,” “our”).
This page explains the scope, limitations, rights, and legal boundaries of individuals (“Ambassadors”) who participate in the program.

1. Nature of the Program

The Warrior Ambassador Program is a volunteer awareness initiative, not an employment position, contractor role, or compensated partnership. Ambassadors participate voluntarily and without pay.

The program exists to support:

  • Awareness efforts

  • Community engagement

  • Educational outreach

  • Identification of community or regional needs

  • Communication with Full Stop Brands regarding time-sensitive or urgent situations

Ambassadors may provide lived-experience support but do not perform operational, financial, medical, or clinical functions.

2. Volunteer Status and Non-Employment

Ambassadors are not employees, contractors, agents, partners, representatives, or legal delegates of Full Stop Brands.
They do not have authority to:

  • Bind Full Stop Brands to any agreements

  • Represent Full Stop Brands legally or financially

  • Make decisions on behalf of Full Stop Brands

  • Commit or promise Warrior Fund support

  • Enter into obligations or provide guarantees

Full Stop Brands retains all decision-making authority concerning business operations, financial management, product fulfillment, and community support distribution.

3. No Medical Advice

Ambassadors do not provide medical advice. Any lived-experience information shared by Ambassadors:

  • Is personal perspective only

  • Should not be taken as medical guidance

  • Is not a substitute for professional healthcare

  • Must not be represented as factual medical instruction

Warriors should consult licensed healthcare professionals for any medical questions or concerns.

4. No Financial or Fund Authority

Ambassadors do not approve, manage, allocate, or distribute Warrior Fund resources.

They may:

  • Communicate needs

  • Identify regional gaps or requests

  • Assist with outreach

  • Provide lived-experience context

They may not:

  • Commit Warrior Fund support

  • Guarantee acceptance of requests

  • Conduct financial transactions on behalf of Full Stop Brands

  • Make decisions related to Warrior Fund purchases

All Warrior Fund decisions are made solely by Full Stop Brands.

5. Ambassador Responsibilities

Ambassadors may voluntarily choose to:

  • Promote awareness campaigns

  • Participate in online communities

  • Support awareness events in their region

  • Help connect warriors with available resources

  • Communicate emerging community needs to Full Stop Brands

Ambassadors are expected to:

  • Act respectfully

  • Maintain confidentiality of private information shared with them

  • Represent the brand appropriately

  • Avoid actions that could harm Full Stop Brands or members of the community

Ambassadors may be removed from the program at any time for any conduct inconsistent with these expectations.

6. Confidentiality

Ambassadors may become aware of personal stories, lived experience, or sensitive information voluntarily submitted by warriors.

Ambassadors must:

  • Treat all personal information as confidential

  • Refrain from sharing medical or personal details publicly without explicit permission

  • Avoid storing or distributing any personal data unless directed by Full Stop Brands

  • Comply with all privacy practices as outlined in the Full Stop Brands Privacy Policy

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program.

7. No Guarantee of Support or Outcomes

Ambassadors may help identify needs, but they cannot:

  • Promise support

  • Guarantee Warrior Fund approval

  • Provide assurances about delivery times

  • Intervene in shipping, refunds, or product fulfillment

Warrior Fund support is dependent on available resources, inventory, and the discretion of Full Stop Brands.

8. Program Changes and Future Development

Full Stop Brands may expand or revise the Warrior Ambassador Program over time. This may include additional structure, training, or governance.
However:

  • No formal charitable, nonprofit, or foundation structure currently exists

  • Full Stop Brands has not begun legal steps toward incorporation as a foundation

  • Future development is exploratory and not guaranteed

  • Ambassadors should not represent the program as a registered or regulated entity

Ambassadors will be notified of any major program updates.

9. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Full Stop Brands is not liable for actions taken independently by Ambassadors

  • Ambassadors act voluntarily and assume responsibility for their conduct

  • Full Stop Brands is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Full Stop Brands does not insure or indemnify Ambassadors

Ambassadors participate at their own discretion and risk.

10. Removal or Resignation

Ambassadors may step down at any time.
Full Stop Brands may remove an Ambassador at any time for any reason, including:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Breach of confidentiality

  • Unsafe or harmful behaviour

  • Conduct inconsistent with the brand values

  • Misuse of the Warrior Fund representation

No notice period is required.
