Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's About the Warrior Collection

What is the Chiari Warrior Collection?

The Chiari Warrior Collection was created to bring strength, visibility, and community to those living with Chiari Malformation and chronic illness. Each piece tells a story of resilience — worn by those who fight daily and those who stand beside them.

Why did you create the Warrior line?

The Warrior line was created to honor Kyla’s daughter, Haven, who bravely faced Chiari Malformation and brain surgery, and her best friend Kaitlin, who supported her through that journey. The very first Warrior Sweater was made for Kaitlin after she received difficult news about her own Chiari fight — as a reminder to never give up. Without Haven, Kyla and Kaitlin would never have met, and what started as one sweater of encouragement has grown into a movement celebrating the strength of the entire Chiari community.

Will you be adding other chronic illnesses?

Yes! We’re expanding to include other conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and more. Each collection will have its own awareness color and message — but the same Warrior heart.

How can I submit a name for Future Designs?

We open public name submissions for each new Warrior edition. Every name represents a fighter, loved one, or supporter. Follow us on social media or join our email list to be notified when the next submission round opens.

How does my purchase help raise Awareness?

Every purchase spreads awareness by sparking conversation and funding continued advocacy through the Warrior Fund and community projects like the Chiari Unity Foundation.

What was the first Warrior Sweater?

The first Warrior Sweater was created for Kaitlin, as a symbol of hope and a reminder to never give up during her Chiari journey. That one sweater became the foundation of a movement that continues to grow with every new name and story.

FAQ's Product and Ordering Information

What brands and materials do you use?

We use high-quality garments from trusted brands like Gildan and Rabbit Skins — chosen for comfort, softness, and durability. Each product page includes detailed fabric content and sizing info so you can shop confidently.

Are Warrior items made to order?

Yes. Every awareness item is made to order and handcrafted with care once your purchase is placed. This process ensures each piece is accurate, intentional, and produced with the quality your story deserves.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For regular orders, our processing time is 3–5 business days, which allows us to prepare, pack, and quality-check your order before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on carrier timelines, your location, and seasonal demand.

For presale items, production begins after the presale window closes to ensure every submitted name and design is included. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before shipping begins, plus 4–6 weeks for delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships (if available).

Can I customize my Design or Ribbon Order

At this time, we don’t offer individual customizations — but community name submissions open before each new Warrior edition, allowing you to include names or suggest future awareness colors and causes.

How do I choose the right size?

We have a size guide on our website, which is also hyperlinked in the product description. For the best fit, measure one of your favourite Hoodies or shirts and compare it to our chart. If you prefer a relaxed or oversize fit, we recommend sizing up.

This means some U.S. orders may now include customs or import fees prior to delivery. Orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. may also be subject to local import taxes or duties depending on each country’s regulations.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each awareness item is made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
