Full Stop Brands is a Canadian business located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and Full Stop Brands regarding purchases, use of the website, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. These Terms apply to all orders placed on our website.

2. Made-to-Order and Presale Items

Many products are offered through presales, limited runs, or made-to-order production. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Production begins after payment is received

• Items are custom-made specifically for each customer

• Estimated production + delivery timeframe is 4–6 weeks

• Seasonal or supplier delays may occur

• All sales are final once the order is placed

We do not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

• U.S. customers will see currency converted automatically at checkout

• Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be applied based on provincial requirements

• U.S. customers are not charged Canadian sales tax

• Duties or import taxes may be prepaid depending on the shipping service used

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Product Details, Variations, and Authenticity

All items are handmade or small-batch produced. As a result:

• Slight variations in design placement, colour tone, alignment, or size are normal

• Fabric dyes and supplier inventory may vary slightly

• Photos on the website may not perfectly match the final garment

• Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchasing

The original Chiari Warrior sweater, created as a personal gift, is not recreated.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products begin production immediately:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after submission

• Modifications to size, colour, style, or personalization cannot be made after checkout

• Requests for changes may not be accommodated

Please verify your information before placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including artwork, logos, product photos, catalog layouts, apparel designs, the Warrior Collection, and all digital or printed assets—is the exclusive property of Full Stop Brand Studio and is protected under:

• Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42)

• U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17)

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All items are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• That the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted

• That product colours, textures, or placements will be identical to photos

• That handmade products will be free from minor variation

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee perfection in small-batch production.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Manitoba, Canada.

U.S. customers agree to these jurisdictional terms by purchasing through the Site.
